Integrated Check Post, Moreh:
- Facilities: The Integrated Check Post at Moreh house all regulatory agencies like Immigration, Customs, border security, etc. together with all support facilities like parking, warehousing, banking, hotels etc. in a single complex.
- Objective behind its establishment: To secure the country’s borders while facilitating legitimate trade and commerce.
- Implementing agency: Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI).
Dolaithabi Barrage Project:
- The Dolaithabi Barrage Project has been constructed at Dolaithabi village in the adjoining area of Kangpokpi district over Iril river known as ‘Zildung’ in Manipur.
- The project had been conceived in 1987 and is now complete.
